I think Black over adjectives things By that I mean that most nouns have adjectives with them and that makes it almost forced in terms of description. There was one sentence that was over the top about her getting a "cold drink" on a "zinc counter" with "wet condensation" I don't have it exactly, but it was just too descriptive.
However, that is my personal opinion and like I say, I am picky. I love CB. People with an interest in Paris.
Would you ever listen to anything by Cara Black again? But I won't pay for it. Good, interesting, exciting. What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
