Good in theory. Practically speaking, the fourteen day diet plan is a bit difficult to follow for the working professional. Some of the lunches require cooking or at least substantial advanced preparation. Also, most of the foods are produce and protein, which are healthy, but instead of reusing the same ingredients over and over, each day requires different herbs, veggies, and types of proteins, which can break the bank at the grocery store. The food is delicious and healthy though! And I'm a h Good in theory.
